UPS to bring 1,500 Jobs to PV|303 in Goodyear, Arizona

6.6.2017 – PHOENIX: UPS will bring up to 1,500 jobs to Goodyear over the next two years with the opening of a package-processing facility along the industrial Loop 303 corridor. United Parcel Service intends to expand the 618,000-square-foot building it leased in May into a 970,000-square-foot facility and bring 500 full-time and 1,000 part-time jobs by the end of 2019.

6.1.2017 – CHICAGO: First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), a leading fully integrated owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, announced that it leased its entire recently constructed 618,350 square-foot distribution center at PV|303 in the Phoenix market to UPS, a global leader in logistics. As part of the transaction, First Industrial also leased an adjoining 65-acre land parcel that it recently purchased for $11.6 million to UPS.
